DESCRIPTION:Join Stella Maris Explorers for our Mom's Back-to-School Retreat\, a day dedicated to helping Christian mothers renew their spirit before the busy school year begins again.\n\n\n\nSpend the day enjoying:\n\n Prayer and spiritual reflection\n\n Fellowship with other Catholic/Christian mothers\n\n Crafting and journaling\n\n Two inspiring guest speakers\n\n Panel discussions for homeschooling\, private school\, and public school families\n\n Adoration/Prayer Time with our Lord and Praise & Worship Music Session\n\n Lunch and Tea/Coffee Times\n\n\n\nAs mothers\, we are the primary instructors of our children in the faith. Regardless of your child's educational setting\, this retreat is designed to encourage and equip you for the year ahead.\n\n\n\nSME has arranged for two wonderful speakers: Fr. Clinton Sensat and Sr. Lynn McKenzie. Fr. Clinton will be delivering two talks: The Purpose of Catholic Education and The Well-Educated Mind. Sr. Lynn will be delivering a talk on practical advice for raising children who are aware of their vocations.
