Find your calm and creativity this holiday season at A Zen Christmas: Stretch, Sip & Paint — a festive morning of yoga, refreshments, and guided painting led by our talented instructor Reann Parker.

We’ll start with a beginner-friendly yoga class focused on stretching, breathing, and relaxation to help you unwind. Then enjoy light holiday sips and snacks as we gather around the canvas for a Christmas-themed paint party!

Reann will guide you step-by-step through your festive painting - no experience needed!

With Christmas music, cozy vibes, and a supportive community, this event is all about relaxing, creating, and reconnecting with joy.
