About Us

It all started with the desire to bring something special and unique to the Gulf Coast, while embracing the incredible history of the community. Our gem that’s not only been standing since 1909, and restored in 1919, but survived 8 hurricanes, Prohibition, the Great Depression, and so much more.

We knew there was a major opportunity for us to create this one-of-a-kind Wine & Spirits Shop that Gulfport has never seen. From the front of the building with its beautiful pillars to custom made wood shelving straight off a pier overlooking Rotten Bayou, all hung by hand (that you won’t find anywhere else but Brack Water).

We are honored to be given the opportunity to own and display an extraordinary piece that shares the rich history of Gulfport. In the center of it all, we bring you an equally unique and breathtaking Waterford crystal chandelier. This piece is a treasure that followed its original owner and renowned artist, Pati Bannister. Special thanks to Quintin “Q” & Mandy Spencer who so generously allowed us to purchase this piece to carry on the special history and stories it brings.

It’s luxury meets affordability, and classic meets modern, all located downtown where you will find the up and coming Fishbone Alley featuring local talent from art to music. It’s got soul, and so does Brack Water.

The heart of our shop is the bountiful selection of fine wine, spirits, and our staff that are brought together with one common goal- To bring the level of epitome of what customer service means to us and the community.
