Marcus graduated from The University of Mississippi, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Hospitality Management. Marcus has served as a board member for the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI). Marcus sits as a task force member for the ZeroSuicide initiative, and a leader for YoungLife.
