GD Construction LLC was established in February 2020 by owner/operator Elmer Gutierrez Velazco, licensed and insured contractor. Elmer has over 15 years of construction experience on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, beginning his career assisting with the rebuild of the Gulf Coast area after Hurricane Katrina. He has a passion for bringing life back into people's homes and is dedicated to ensuring all projects are completed on time and in budget.
