Renaissance Community Loan Fund (RCLF) is making a lasting impact across Mississippi and Alabama. Founded in 2006, RCLF has grown into a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), Small Business Administration (SBA) lender, Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO), and HUD-approved counseling agency. Our mission is to empower people with the skills, resources, and lending services they need to achieve homeownership and business success. With a dedicated team of housing counselors and business coaches, we provide hands-on guidance to help individuals and entrepreneurs turn their dreams into reality.
