A Bit About Us
ROC, INC., was established to reclaim our community, one person at a time with the philosophy of Each One, Teach One; by identifying high risk individuals between the ages of 16-35 years old with less than a high school education. The phrase Each One, Teach One is an old African Proverb. It means, once a person gains knowledge it then becomes their duty to pass/teach the knowledge on to someone else.
?Here at ROC, we see the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, we’ve been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our Non-Profit Organization upon: support, empowerment, and progress.
