Dr. LaQuanta M. Nelson has served in education as a mentor, motivational speaker, consultant, teacher, assistant principal, principal, and district level New Teacher Academy coordinator over the last 18 years. She currently serves as the CEO of “The BOSS Educator” brand where she continues in empowering scholars and all educators on their journey to become Bold, Optimistic, Spontaneous, and Substantial. Over the years, Dr. Nelson’s background and experience in leadership has yielded her to support not only leadership development in schools, but also in organizations across multiple spectrums of business.

Nelson has found a true passion in working to help transform cultures and climates through the application of POSITIVE LEADERSHIP! She believes that through positive social and emotional relationships, everyone is capability of greatness and success.
