• Christen Duhé elected Treasurer of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce

    The Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that Christen Duhé has been elected as the 2025 Treasurer of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce.

    Christen Duhé is the President and Executive Director of the Gulf Coast Community Foundation. She has been an active leader in the Mississippi Gulf Coast business and nonprofit communities for many years.

    Christen is a Mississippi Gulf Coast native, growing up in Bay St. Louis and now living in Gulfport. She is a three-time graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, a Master’s degree in Mass Communication, and a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration. She earned her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) in 2015.

    She currently serves as Vice President of The University of Southern Mississippi Alumni Association. She is the immediate past chair of Lighthouse Business & Professional Women and served as the 2019 Chair of the Biloxi Chamber of Commerce.

    Christen’s recognitions include the 2020 Professional Achievement Award from the Public Relations Association of Mississippi, Top 50 Leading Business Women in Mississippi (2019), and a Top 10 Finalist for the same honor in 2020. She was also named a “Top Influencer” by the Success Women’s Conference in 2018, and a “Top 50 Under 40” by the Mississippi Business Journal. Additional honors include the Rex E. Kelly Award, Coast Young Professionals Hall of Fame inductee (2015), and One Coast’s Outstanding Community Leader (2016).

    Christen lives in Gulfport with her husband, David, their cat, Chief, and their puppy, Minnie.
