February 05, 2025In the face of a challenging winter storm, 18 ninth-grade students exemplified unwavering determination and resilience, successfully completing the Biloxi Chamber of Commerce’s esteemed Junior Leadership Program. Their graduation, held on February 4th at the Boomtown Event Center, stands as a beacon of hope and a testament to their commitment to personal growth and community leadership.
These students, who either reside in or attend school in the City of Biloxi, remained steadfast in their journey through the program's rigorous curriculum. Designed to cultivate leadership skills and foster a deep sense of civic engagement, the program has served as a cornerstone of youth development in Biloxi for over three decades.
