Roofing Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Roofing Project Manager to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of residential and some commercial roofing projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to challenges, and uphold our company’s core values.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for residential roofing projects. Ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Material Ordering: Coordinate the procurement of materials, ensuring accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery to job sites.
• Field Coordination: Oversee day-to-day operations in the field, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to project plans, and resolution of any issues.
• Permitting & Compliance: Manage the permitting process and ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team for a seamless project handoff, reviewing contracts, scopes of work, and customer expectations.
• Problem Solving: Adapt to changes and overcome challenges that arise during project execution, maintaining a solution-focused approach.
• Technology Utilization: Effectively use company apps and software for project tracking, documentation, and communication. Be willing to learn new tools as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in project management, roofing, or construction (residential roofing experience is preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
• Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and safety standards.
• Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Proficiency in or willingness to learn company-specific apps and software.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Pay: $62,225.00 - $65,000.00 per year
