Delivery Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe deliveries. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate delivery vehicles efficiently.

Duties

• Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks, to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and care.
• Utilize warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking shipments and obtaining signatures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any concerns during the delivery process.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in commercial driving or courier services is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
• Experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
