FREE Employee Vision Benefit Plan

In today's competitive marketplace, it's important for an employer to offer health benefits to attract and retain quality staff members. At Visionary Family Eye Care, we're pleased to offer a new no-cost, no-obligation health benefit that will enhance the visual health and overall health of your employees. It's known as our "Visionary Family Eye Care Vision Benefit Plan", and here's how it works:

If your company participates in the Visionary Family Eye Care Vision Benefit Plan, your employees and their dependents will receive a 25-35% savings on professional exam and procedure fees. There are a few minor restrictions, but it's really that simple! Please see the attached "Benefits Guide" for more details.

This enrollment does not in any way restrict your options to visit other providers or nullify any existing vision care benefits you or any of your staff may already have. It simply gives you another option for your eye care and saves you money along the way!

It may sound too good to be true, but there are truly no catches. We understand the challenges of running a small business (we’re a small business, too!), as well as the increasing costs associated with doing so. The Visionary Family Eye Care Vision Benefit Plan is one way for you to expand your business benefit package without having to pay extra for those perks.

Benefits Guide

• Participant, spouse, and all dependents up to age 20 are eligible for plan savings.

• There is no monthly or annual premium cost to you for this plan.

• All covered parties receive a 25-35% discount on vision exam and contact lens services. (Note that if you have an existing vision insurance plan, you MAY be eligible for out-of-network benefits that would allow you to be reimbursed for your services at Visionary Family Eye Care. It is your responsibility to research your plan. Visionary Family Eye Care cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance plan.
  
  Please note that this plan in no way restricts your options to visit other providers, nor does it nullify other vision plans that your family participates in. It simply gives you another option for your family’s routine eye care and saves you money along the way!
