Experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager

We’re a fast-growing, system-driven construction company looking for a Project Manager who thrives in organized chaos and can bring structure, accountability, and leadership to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple commercial roofing/construction projects from pre-con to close-out
• Drive project schedules, budgets, and quality control — no loose ends
• Collaborate with Field Operations, Superintendents, and Estimators
• Own client communication, job progress reporting, and key deliverables
• Enforce accountability with field teams and subs — meetings, reports, structure
• Identify process gaps, propose improvements — we want thinkers, not just doers
• Support development of internal systems as we scale

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

• Have 5+ years as a Project Manager in construction, roofing preferred
