Key Responsibilities:

• Lead estimating for commercial roofing and related projects
• Own bid strategy, quantity takeoffs, and proposal development
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless handoffs
• Mentor and develop our junior estimator (currently learning fast)
• Analyze job costs, support margin protection, track financial performance
• Improve estimating processes, tools, and templates as part of system growth
• Assist in building client relationships and growing the pipeline
